Obedience

Whether you’re raising a new puppy or aiming for world-class sports, it all starts with focus. Our obedience classes build reliable recall, polished heeling, and calm focus under pressure.

Obedience is focused on precision, teamwork, and clear communication between dog and handler.

The goal isn’t just technical skill but a polished partnership, where the dog works confidently and willingly, and the handler guides with subtle cues and consistent training.

Give your dog the best head start.

Our Obedience Courses

Social skills for your dog.

Puppy Obedience

This is a 6-week class set run at the same time each week. This puppy class will get you and your puppy off on the right foot. Your puppy will learn sit, down, stay, come, focus, hand target, go to bed, loose leash walking, not jumping up, handling for vet care and grooming, and more. Off-leash play is not guaranteed in this class. Age, size, confidence, and play styles will be taken into consideration. This class is geared towards puppies 2-6 months old with their second set of vaccinations.

Basic Obedience

This 6-week foundations class for dogs 6 months and older helps build the essential skills needed for everyday life with your dog. You’ll learn how to teach sit, down, stay, name response, focus, and waiting for a release. We also cover loose-lead walking, impulse control, and settling on a mat. Each exercise builds from week to week to help create a confident, well-mannered dog who understands what is expected at home.
