Day Training FAQ

Our Day Training program is for dogs who would benefit from a structured day focused on skill building. Instead of free play, dogs participate in focused training sessions throughout the day designed to build useful skills and good habits.

Day Training is ideal for owners who want their dog to make real training progress while they are at work or busy during the day.

How Does it Work?

During the day, our trainers rotate between dogs to conduct individual training sessions tailored to each dog’s specific needs. Training may focus on general obedience, trick training, sports skills, or working through behavioral challenges.

Progress Reports

At the end of the day our trainers provide a full breakdown of how your dog did throughout the day and will advise on homework to continue their training at home.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Drop-off is available between 8:00 AM – 11:45 AM, and pick-up is between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. We recommend picking up no later than 5:45PM to allow our trainers to provide an adequate explanation of the day.

Late pick-ups will be charged an additional $1 per minute. We reserve the right to charge a $250 emergency boarding fee after 30 minutes of no show.

Safety and Comfort

To ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs in our care, dogs are kenneled between training sessions. Each dog is taken out regularly for training time and potty breaks, and all dogs have access to their own water bowl throughout the day.
