About Skybound

Skybound grew out of Rebecca’s lifelong connection with dogs and the deep respect she has for the partnerships we build with them. Her journey began in childhood and took shape in 2018 with her first border collie, Kestrel, a dog who would go on to become one of Canada’s top agility and herding competitors.

That early bond set the tone for everything that followed: years of volunteering, learning, training and five years pioneering barn hunt programs at In-Sync that helped dogs and handlers discover new confidence and joy.

When In‑Sync closed its facility, Rebecca chose not to let that community disappear. Instead, she stepped forward to create Skybound Dog Training, a place built on skill, humility, and genuine love for helping dogs and their people grow together.
